ENERUM is an opportunity to build face-to-face connections with a specific group of technical professionals and decision makers in your field! Attendees are across a wide spectrum of industries attending the event. We understand events, forums, conferences, trade shows and conventions are a significant investment for a company, so we offer a multitude of ways for you to build your brand presence, increase sales and establish customer retention not only by reserving a booth but through several networking events, meeting room opportunities and sponsorships.
Every exhibitor can invite as many attendees to the forum with the unlimited Attendee Promo Codes provided to them and or purchase customer passes themselves. There is no limit on whom and how many can attend the exhibit halls and sessions during the forum. As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to grow this event through email, social media content and other platforms of your choosing.

Who Attends?

Participants include front line staff, academics, thought leaders, technology innovators executives and government officials looking to learn, grow, network and engage with solution providers. We are a centrally located event in the heart of the Midwest purposely - so owners, generators and consumers alike can collaborate together in one place. Anyone who touches the utility industry is able to attend the forum.

Booth Information

Booths are reserved in increments of 100 S.F. and can be customized to any size and configuration up to 400 S.F. in total. Sizes consist of 10' x 10', 10' x 20', 10' x 30' , 10' x 40' and 20' x 20'.

​Event management will place your company on the floor based upon your purchased criteria, i.e. sponsor vs. premium vs. regular, on a first come, first serve basis. There will be an area during registration where you can denote any special requests such as placement. Please make sure to communicate these requests during registration and we will do our best to accommodate. This is not a guarantee on placement but the sooner you reserve, the better your chances to receive your preferences.

Booths will be populated with company names periodically based on a first come, first served basis. Premium booths are front row and the center aisle and all others are considered Regular booths.

All payments must be made via credit card, ACH is not accepted. No booth and or bulk space is reserved until payment is received in full.

Booth Location
FLoORPLAN

​Event management will place your company in the floor plan based upon your purchased criteria, i.e. sponsor vs. premium vs. regular, on a first come, first serve basis. There will be an area during registration where you can denote any special requests such as whether you would like to be placed adjacent, near another exhibitor, booth numbers, etc. Please make sure to communicate these requests during registration and we will do our best to accommodate.


​Exhibitor Staff Passes

For every 100 S.F. of booth space, you get (2) Exhibitor Staff Passes.  You can purchase up to (2) additional Exhibitor Staff Passes beyond the (2) complimentary allotment at time of Registration for $250 each​.​ If needing more than a total of (4), then an additional 100 S.F. of booth space must be purchased. I.e. a total of (4) passes for 100 S.F., total of (8) passes for 200 S.F., etc. Your pass gives you full access to all Roundtables, Panels, Workshops, Users Groups, Exhibit Hall, and complimentary networking lunches during the event.

​Customer Promo Code
ATTENDEE  PASS

All Exhibitors will receive unlimited Promo Codes once they register a booth.  These codes can be sent to current and potential customers to receive a discounted rate for entry to the Forum.

​Bulk Space
BuLK  SPACE

You must have at least 100 S.F. of booth space reserved before you can purchase any bulk space. Space is utilized for trailers, heavy equipment, vehicles and demonstrations with accommodations on an as-needed basis depending on available floor space. Rates are beyond the booth rate and will be quoted per your requirements.​ Equipment must be approved by event management no later than 2-months prior to the forum opening.


Mobilization & Demobilization

Booth set-up occurs Monday, August 7th from 8:00A to 5:00P. Dismantling begins on Wednesday at 5:00P and continues until 9:00P.  If you are using a bulk space, these times will be provided for you.

No Booths and Bulk Space can be removed prior to 5:00P. If so, this is a breach of contract and the appropriate measures of discipline will apply. Only event management can release an exhibitor early.

Service Kit

Excel Decorators provides the Service Kit that includes all shipping information, electrical services, carpeting, internet, audio visual, furniture and additional needs. The showfloor is carpeted and we highly recommend carpeting the booth.

Attending Educational Sessions

Exhibitor Staff Pass gives you full access to all Technical Sessions, Knowledge Hubs, Roundtables, Panels, Workshops and Users Groups during the forum. Any area that requires an additional cost will be denoted to exhibitor prior to forum. If attending any of the above, booth must be attended during exhibit hall hours.

​Attendee List

We will provide attendee demographics for ENERUM on our site. During the forum, you are able to collect attendees information via face-to-face interactions or you can opt to use our Lead Retrieval system. This will allow you to scan the QR Code on the attendees badge to collect pertinent information such as name, job title, company, email and phone number for later follow-up. This can be purchased at the time when you register for your booth.

Meeting Suites

The ~1,200 S.F. private suites are located adjacent to the Exhibit Hall on the first floor of the convention center. Your logo signage will be prominently displayed on the private suite! Take your customers to your on-site office for meetings, presentations, general conversations and you can even cater in food for breaks, breakfast, lunches and/or dinners for a discounted rate (sold separately). Program Advertising​

The Program is available to all event attendees. Advertisements are in full color and will be placed in the program once unless additional pages are ordered. All designs are due to event management by June 5th. Pricing is outside of the included Sponsorship advertisement package. Sponsors can buy and or upgrade advertisements as well.

Raffles & Door Prizes

Raffles and door prizes can occur at the forum. They must be handled at each booth and or bulk space and nowhere else in the convention center. There is no cash value limit on any of the prizes nor limitation on how many giveaways a day that can occur.

Food Options

​For every 100 S.F. of booth space reserved, you are given four complimentary Lunch Vouchers valid for Monday and Tuesday. For every Exhibitor Staff Pass purchased, two Lunch Vouchers are given. There will be complimentary refreshments offered inside the Exhibition Hall throughout the day. As an exhibitor, you will have the option to reserve private meeting rooms via sponsorships. You can opt to have food catered in and invite whomever you would like there as well.
